These are the rules for my Ko-Fi and Patreon Memberships. Everyone from both of these places must read and understand this.

I require members to be in my discord server or my Telegram channel. This makes it possible for me to communicate with everyone. If you can't be on those, you have to DM me on Ko-Fi or Patreon with reward claims and other concerns. DO NOT expect me to upload rewards onto the websites. These will only show up in Telegram and Discord, or a member's DMs.

The Telegam and Discord are immediately accesible through subscribing.

If I find that a member is under the age of 18 years, I will remove them.

To receive the monthly art, send me a fully colored character reference. If you don’t have one, send me the closest thing and I will wing it. Please do not assume that I will design a character for you. No references, no drawing.

There will not be backgrounds unless I feel like it.

There will be no edits on rewards.

I will not use your membership payment as an advance on a regular commission.

I cannot control who joins and what they demand or don’t demand, so you have to be responsible for telling me what you want every month. Please respect this.

You must request your drawing by the 15th of every month or else you completely lose that month's request.

You have to make the request in my Discord DMs within the first 15 days of each month. I will not do a request that was given to me outside of these days even if we talked about it.

The above time limit does count for new members, so if you join on the 16th of a month, you need to wait for the next month to make a request. If you join on the 15th of that month, you have a single day to DM me that request!

Requests may not be done until the very last day of the month. Keep this in mind if you wanted to get something for a holiday.

If I get overwhelmed I will catch up with requests in the next month or two. You will be informed if this happens.

You cannot ask for a request in advance. You may not combine requests. What your tier allows you to get is what you will get.

If I need to pause memberships, everyone will be notified and still recieve everything I make except for the individual art requests. Nobody will be kicked for a pause and nobody will be charged for that time.

Read this in full before purchasing work from me.

Do not upload my art without my signature to any website, but feel free to upload them with my signature so long as you are the commissioner! Links to my Carrd and Ko-Fi are appreciated!

No NFTs or AI in any capacity are to be involved with my work. Commission or otherwise.

I will take my time. Understand that I have multiple jobs and this usually will not be a one day turnaround. I try to take 2 months or less, but this is not a guarantee.

I give myself a queue of around ten art jobs at a time. If you were able to buy one, it means you're on this short list. I refresh the amount of available slots when I get my work done, so you never have to worry about being in a huge waiting line.

If the above number is different anywhere else, I am probably running a special YCH.

Please have a character reference ready. If the reference is super duper complicated it WILL be simplified.

I draw in my own style. Never ask me to draw, render, or animate like somebody else.

I will not edit my art to match new references if you gave me old ref art to work with.

Do not expect a lot of corrections, but let me know if something is horribly off!

Each additional character will add onto the base price. Read the descriptions and choose the correct additional charges available.

Please do not describe any adult material when filling out commission forms. DM me elsewhere and we can decide what is acceptable.

I hold the right to post everything I create to any platform I choose. If you want a secret commission, I am not the artist for you.

If for any reason I refuse to do the work, you will be refunded asap.

If an online service does not process your payment correctly and the money somehow does not reach me, you will need to ask that service for a refund, as I won't have the money to give back and I will not draw for free.

I will not give refunds otherwise.

Go to my commissions tab on Ko-Fi. If you do not use this option, your purchase will not show up on my commissions list and I will likely not see it.

Select what type you want.

Attach references.

Some commission types require former discussions in DMs before a purchase is made. Be vigilant.

Give me every username you go by and the usernames of who owns the character(s) in the image if you don't own all of the characters.

List the correct email to use for sending final products.

Describe in detail what you need. If you need to describe more than it lets you, send me a DM with the rest of the information.

I only take commissions through Ko-Fi at this time.

Read this in full before purchasing adopts from me.

You can rename the character.

They will not come with backstories unless told otherwise. Add whatever story you wish!

Redesigns are perfectly fine in any way.

Gender and fashion sense are yours to decide.

If they have extra art, that will be mentioned and the price will be higher. Previews of extra content may not be shown prior to purchase, however.

I will not try to take a character design back from you for any reason once purchased.

For the safety of both the buyer and myself, I no longer own any part of the character design as soon as the payment has been processed.

There will be no refunds for an adopt purchased from me.
